Dharma Talks and Discussion

Meditation, Dharma, and Discussion, as well as Kitchen Sink Dharma, are an opportunity to spend time with fellow community members in an uplifted environment, sharing tea and refreshments, meditation and conversation.  Through focused conversation we help bring out the wisdom, strength and kindness in ourselves and each other.

Join us on the first and third Thursday for Kitchen Sink Dharma. We will be varying the days and times of Meditation, Dharma and Discussion gatherings each month, to better meet the needs of the community — keep an eye on the calendar for a date/time that fits in your schedule!

Please see the “Events Calendar” for the current schedule.

These events are open to new and experienced meditators – all are encouraged and welcome to join!

Group guided meditation instruction is offered at each of these gatherings.

To help support the center, we suggest a $5.00 donation.
