Meditation, Dharma and Discussion

Meditation, Dharma and Discussion is an opportunity to spend time with fellow community members in an uplifted environment, sharing tea and refreshments, meditation and conversation.  Through focused conversation we help bring out the wisdom, strength and kindness in ourselves and each other.

Join us monthly. We will be varying the days and times of these gatherings each month, to better meet the needs of the community — keep an eye on the calendar for a date/time that fits in your schedule!

The day and time of these workshops vary monthly, please see the “Events Calendar” for the current schedule.

These events are open to new and experienced meditators – all are encouraged and welcome to join!

A meditation instructor is available for both initial instruction as well as follow-up and further instruction for those who have been working with the calm abiding technique taught in Shambhala.  This may be either in group or individually.

To help support the center, we suggest a $5.00 donation.
