for sadhana practice

following public sitting.

Sadhana, or "means of accomplishment," is

a liturgy that accomplishes its aim.  

We will rotate between 4 different sadhanas each week.

Three of the four sadhanas are open to all. One has a prerequisite.

Come for 6:00 pm open sitting meditation and stay for the sadhana practice or arrive prior to 7:00 and join just the sadhana.  People will not be able to enter more than 5 minutes after the practice begins.

11/5: White Tara (must have received the reading transmission)

11/12: Shambhala Sadhana - Open to all

11/19: Sadhana of Kindness - Open to all

11/26: Sadhana of Mahamudra - Open to all

12/3: White Tara (must have received the reading transmission)

12/10: Shambhala Sadhana - Open to all

12/17: Sadhana of Kindness - Open to all

Practice may end before 8:30.
