If you are interested in learning, exploring or deepening your commitment to meditation, this class might be right for you.

We will cover the basic techniques of mindfulness-awareness meditation.

Each class is interactive and unique, depending on participants' interests, insights and intentions.

Regardless of whether you are brand new to meditation or have been practicing for lifetimes, this is a wonderful opportunity to join with fellow travelers on the path of mindfulness.  

To support the work of Open Sky, we suggest a contribution to help cover program expenses and overall maintenance and are happy to accept an offering in any amount that you can afford, either above or below the suggested level. Your financial contribution is not necessary in order to take programs.
